My figure came in a lil broken but I hit up youtooz and they sent me a replacement figure for free it was epic stay safe everyone

I wanted a refund on my preorder because I wanted a different figure and they responded super fast and asked basically are you sure you want to cancel your order and it was super straight forward and they got back to me in less then a few hours and then got my refund like they made it super easy for people and there just a really good company and just super helpful and make it easy to get your money back

Ordered the Unus Annus preorder hourglass figure and it arrived two days ago, took it out of the box and it had broken in transit. I emailed customer support and the next day I get a confirmation email that they have sent a replacement. Amazing customer service and cute figure with great packaging. Highly recommended☺️

Accidentally did a typo in the order process, I contacted them and tried to see if they could fix the issue. The company was very quick in replying, extremely attentive by making sure the issue on my end was corrected and friendly throughout. Got the issue solved in no time and very easily. Would 100% recommend!

The customer service is perfect and the products always come in as expected. Only had a problem in shipping delay but that's typically in the hands of the manufacturer so it's understandable.

I have over 65 of their products, and not a single one has yet to disappoint! I’ve had a few come messed up due to bad mail service, but one email to their support and you’ll have a brand new one completely free! Honestly love this company because they’re nice and chill

They have really great customer support and good products. The only problem, is that every once and a while your figure will get delayed or you won't receive tracking for a while so you have to email them and ask for tracking. But every time, they're very helpful and nice about it. They take maximum of a day or two to respond. I've bought a lot of Youtooz so I know how it goes. Over all, they have really great support and it's always nice to have understanding and helpful support.
